Tourist Stronghold S.A DE C.V. for marketing purposes of the products and/or services that Tourist Stronghold manages and/or distributes (hereinafter Hotel Alteza Polanco), located at Blas Pascal Street 111, Polanco, Polanco I Secc, Miguel Hidalgo, 11510 Mexico City is a company committed to protecting your privacy. B. Personal data
For the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice, Hotel Alteza Polanco may collect your personal data in various ways: when the information is provided directly by you; when you visit the Hotel Alteza Polanco websites; when you use the services offered by Hotel Alteza Polanco online by the data you authorize Hotel Alteza Polanco to take from your social networks (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Google) or when connecting to the Wi-Fi that Hotel Alteza Polanco may offer you; and when we obtain information through other means different from those mentioned above and permitted by applicable laws.
The personal data obtained by the aforementioned means are:
1. Identification: name(s), surname(s), phone number(s), marital status, email address, age, date of birth, nationality, gender, RFC number, CURP and occupation, and preferences related to lodging service and/or travel needs, license plate number and origin state of the vehicle.
2. Physical location: home address, fiscal domicile; reservation and/or stay dates and codes, flight number, date and time of flight, destination and hotel name, date and time of arrival and departure from the hotel.
3. Authentication: username and password, handwritten and electronic signatures, official identifications
4. Financial: bank card number, income level, and proof of tax status.
5. Sensitive: credit and/or debit card number and expiry date and/or CVV, family environment, health status and medical reports, and official identifications of minors.
C. Sensitive Personal Data
Sensitive personal data is considered to be personal data that affects the most intimate sphere of its owner, or whose misuse may give rise to discrimination or pose a serious risk to it. In particular, are considered sensitive those that can reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, present and future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, sexual preferences. In case you require a specific service or product for which you provide this data, Hotel Alteza Polanco will only use it to provide that service, manage reservation cancellations, identify travel needs, and meet your specific needs.
In case of health emergencies, Hotel Alteza Polanco, in terms of applicable regulations, will collect data on your health status solely for the purpose of achieving health protection for you and other individuals in the hotel or in a property managed by Hotel Alteza Polanco, information that will only be kept for the time necessary to fulfill this purpose.
D. Purpose and Processing of Personal Information
Purposes that give rise to the legal relationship and are necessary for the provision of the service:
1. The personal information you provide will be used by Hotel Alteza Polanco to provide the services and/or products you request or that are part of a program you have registered for or a purchase you have made: reservations, customer/member service, collection management; providing your data, where necessary, to the respective supplier.
2. Hotel Alteza Polanco may use the personal information you provide to offer you a better service and, if necessary, identify your preferences during your stay and make it more enjoyable.
Purposes that require the consent of the owner since they do not give rise to the legal relationship nor are necessary for the provision of the service and you consent to carry them out:
1. Likewise, the information can be used to offer promotions and tourist and commercial products, sending promotions, special services, newsletters, or surveys
2. Data analysis can be carried out using technologies in order to create profiles related to your stays and travel preferences that allow us to evaluate our service and personalize communication and promotions designed for you.
E. Limitation on Use or Disclosure of Personal Information regarding purposes that do not give rise to the legal relationship.
So that you can limit the use and disclosure of your Personal Information regarding purposes that do not give rise to the legal relationship, we offer you the following means:
1. In case you are a resident of Mexico, registering in the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising, which is managed by the Federal Consumer Attorney's Office, so that your personal data is not used to receive advertising or promotions from companies offering goods or services. For more information, you can consult PROFECO's website, or contact them directly.
2. Request to the email address gerencia@altezapolanco.com indicating the email(s) and/or phone number(s) that require limitation.
F. Exercise of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition Rights.
Access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition regarding the information provided to Hotel Alteza Polanco as indicated in the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, or any applicable regulation, can be done by submitting a written request to the Personal Data Compliance Area at the following address: Blas Pascal Street 111, Polanco, Polanco I Secc, Miguel Hidalgo, 11510 Mexico City, from 9 am to 2 pm from Monday to Friday or by email to gerencia@altezapolanco.com
This request must contain at least the following: (i) Name of the Personal Data Subject; (ii) Email for notifications; (iii) Documents proving your identity or, where applicable, legal representation of the subject; (iv) Clear and precise description of the personal data for which the right is to be exercised and the right to be exercised. (v) Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data. If the request does not meet any of the requirements mentioned above, the Personal Data Compliance Area may request, within 5 days of receiving the request, that you provide the necessary elements or
documents to process it. You will have 10 days to respond to the request; if you do not respond within that period, the corresponding request will be considered not submitted.
The response to your request will be sent to the email you provided for that purpose by Hotel Alteza Polanco to protect your confidentiality and will be available to the requester at the address mentioned in the previous paragraph.
You can also request information related to the conditions and generalities of the processing of your personal data by requesting it at the email address mentioned above.
G. Revocation of Consent for the Use of your Personal Data.
You can revoke the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data. It is important to note that Hotel Alteza Polanco may not always be able to accommodate your request or conclude it immediately, as legal obligations may require the continued processing of your personal data. Also, for certain purposes, revoking your consent may mean that we cannot continue to provide the service you requested or may result in the termination of your relationship with Hotel Alteza Polanco.

The processing of such a request and its attention will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the previous section.
H. Control and Security of personal information.
Hotel Alteza Polanco is committed to taking the necessary measures to protect the information collected, using security technologies and control procedures in access, use, or disclosure of your personal information without authorization, for example, storing the personal information provided on servers located in Data Centers with limited access controls. For online transactions, we also use security technologies to protect the personal information you transmit to us through various electronic means, such as using a secure server under the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
However, no security system or data transmission system over which the company does not have absolute control and/or has an internet dependency can guarantee absolute security.
I. Use of image
Hotel Alteza Polanco may make recordings or take photographs for security and service quality purposes.
The capture of your image will be used by Hotel Alteza Polanco for control and security measures, crime prevention in general, and especially regarding the property, its contents, and the people in it.
J. Electronic media and cookies.
If you use electronic media in relation to your personal data, cookies will be generated to provide you with a better service.
Cookies are small pieces of information sent by the website to your browser.
Cookies are stored on your hard drive and are used to determine your preferences when connecting to our site, as well as to track certain behaviors or activities carried out by you within our sites.
In some sections of our site, we require the client to have cookies enabled, as some functionalities require them to work. K. Transfers
Hotel Alteza Polanco only transfers personal data in the following cases:
1. In those established in Article 36 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
2. In cases where another international standard applies, data will only be transferred in the cases indicated therein.
3. In cases where it is necessary to provide them to third-party suppliers regarding the services or products you are contracting.
L. Personal data retention period.
Your personal data will be kept as long as the legal relationship with you is maintained, until it is satisfactorily concluded, and you do not exercise your right to deletion or until you revoke your consent. In any case, the retention period of personal data will be limited to the minimum necessary, so they will only be kept as long as the purpose for which they were collected persists. When their conservation is no longer necessary, Hotel Alteza Polanco will keep blocked those data that may be necessary during the legally established deadlines to address any issue related to their processing or the legal relationship originated with you. Once the legal deadlines have elapsed, personal data will be deleted by adopting adequate security measures that guarantee their total destruction.
M. Changes to this Privacy Notice.
Hotel Alteza Polanco may update this privacy notice at any time. In the event of substantial changes to this notice, we will communicate them through our websites indicated in section A of this Privacy Notice. Therefore, we suggest visiting this privacy notice periodically to stay informed of any updates.
I acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Notice, and in case of opposition, I will communicate it to Hotel Alteza Polanco in terms of the indicated in sections E, F, and G, of this Privacy Notice In case of any complaint regarding the treatment of your personal data, in addition to contacting the data controller in accordance with this notice, you can contact the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Data Protection in Mexico, or the competent authority in the case of a different regulation than the Mexican one.
